TednJoy.net was created to help us and our friends, share information, pictures and other items of interest without having to hand over our personal data (and those of our friends) to Facebook or any other social media companies. The intent is similar to that of Facebook but without the worry of built in data mining and the other less than desirable consequences of using their platforms.

Like you, we have a history we’d like to share with our friends, as well as a place others can come to share as well (if they’d like). We own this domain, all of the content here, and have complete control over who we’ll give information to…which is no one…ever. Only first names are used here.

We hope you enjoy your visits here and hope you’ll consider creating something similar  since we no longer use Facebook or any other social media (so we won’t be able to see you on those sites).
