Glacier National Park
Glacier National Park, in northern ‘big sky’ Montana (and Canada) is simply beautiful. Like Denali, Glacier is a mostly untouched landscape of breathtaking scenery. Unfortunately, as beautiful as the park is, when we visited in late June snow was still falling off and on. So, we only got to see some of the park. The 60 mile ‘Road to the Sun’ that transverses the entire park from west ot east was only partially open, so we missed seeing most of the park. We’ll be trying agian in the summer of 2021 and hopefully get to see much more of the park then. Even though we missed alot, if you love being in the middle of mother nature, as we do, there’s a whole lot of beauty to be seen.
For scale, that’s a person in a row boat in the middle of the river.
